Background of the Study
Job satisfaction refers to the extent to which employees feel content with their jobs, including aspects such as work environment, compensation, recognition, and career growth opportunities. High levels of job satisfaction are often associated with increased employee commitment, motivation, and performance, whereas low job satisfaction can lead to higher turnover rates, absenteeism, and decreased productivity.
